The Chippewa Valley C·A·R·E Coalition is a non-profit organization that was started in 2000 by a local group of multidisciplinary professionals interested in advancing knowledge and discussing end-of-life issues in the Chippewa Valley. Members includes representatives from local hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home care and hospice agencies, departments on aging, funeral homes, nursing and EMT educators, elder care lawyers, financial consultants, and patient support agencies.

The group offers speakers for the presentation of a wide range of topics covering end-of-life issues. It also serves as a source of information about end-of-life care options and resources.
