Grant Committee Biographies

Randi Johnson, BSN

Randi Johnson earned her BSN from UW-Madison and has worked
in long term care about 16 years. She has also worked with medically fragile children for two years. Recently she was a leader in the development of the palliative care program at Syverson Nursing
Home through Wellspring program. In 2005, she was the palliative
care interdisciplinary team leader at Syverson. Randi is currently
working on her Certified Palliative Hospice Nurse (CHPN) certification.  Her role in the grant for the Chippewa Valley CARE Coalition, is as the intern, setting up presentations on advance directives Care.  She is also the  Compassion Ministry Leader at Cedar creek Community Church.
