Second Final Affairs Seminar

Final Affairs Seminar, Thursday, October 15, 2009 The Chippewa Valley CARE Coalition and the Aging and Disability Resource Center of Eau Claire County are once again co- sponsoring this event to be held at First Lutheran Church in Eau Claire. This will be a daylong program with speakers addressing topics such as funeral planning, options for veterans, hospice and palliative care, legal matters, financial issues, and many other factors to consider in advance care planning. Participants will receive a Final Affairs Guide (for arranging your personal/legal affairs) and a complimentary lunch. This no-cost seminar will be open to any adults in the Chippewa Valley.
